mints Posted February 23, 2012 Share Posted February 23, 2012 I'm sorry but this story has left me feeling really angry at our health service.Having experienced similar dismisals over several months, with my once fit and healthy husband.I know not everyone they see has pc,but this was just guess work,(no mention of blood tests)Whilst there is an increased risk in older people,more and more younger people are being overlooked or mis-diagnosed.The health profession needs to recognise this disease with a wider age range.
