Can microcysts in liver in fact be metastasis from pancreas?

Hi, I recently had a CT scan because I have a lot of pancreatic cancer symptoms: Lost 6kg in 2 months Back pain upper/middle back on the left Nausea Diarrhea GERD symptoms Problem to sleep

 

CT was clear for pancreas but found to micro cyst in the liver. Could it be metastasis ? I know sometimes CT miss pancreatic tumors.

How are you doing?  
Your pancreatic cancer symptoms sound worrying but so many symptoms seem to mimic pc! Nevertheless, your symptoms need a proper diagnosis and treatment. I hope your GP is offering everything they can towards this. xx
