Abdominal pain deep inside on the left side

My partner has had persistent abdominal pain deep inside the abdomen for a long time now. It's on the left side. He does have GI issues but he has had many of these for years.

He has noticed some bowel changes though.

Wondering if the pain deep inside the abdomen on the left side could be pancreatic cancer?

I suppose you should do an ultrasound to find out.
