Support Team
People with pancreatic cancer can experience a lot of problems when it comes to digesting food. Weight loss, diarrhoea and other digestion issues can all have a huge impact on daily life. If you currently have pancreatic cancer, have been affected by pancreatic cancer in the past, or have cared for someone with the disease, you can help us by taking our survey. The survey takes under 5 minutes to complete. It asks about the support you have received to help with symptoms caused by nutritional and digestive issues. We’re particularly looking to hear from you if you or a loved one has been affected by pancreatic cancer during the last year. By sharing your experience, you’ll be helping us ensure that more people get the support they need to cope with the symptoms of pancreatic cancer – and to live longer, happier lives. Support Team
This time last year, we launched our Transform lives: Prescribe campaign, calling on the NHS to make sure that everyone who needs PERT (such as Creon®) gets it. In that year, we’ve achieved so much together! We’ve engaged hundreds of MPs, taken PERT to the House of Lords, secured local action across the UK and supported thousands of health professionals. Now, we want to find out what the last year has meant for patients. Are more people getting access to PERT? Are there still gaps? What do we need to do next? If you or someone you know has been affected by pancreatic cancer during the last year, please take our survey to share your experience and help us understand what still needs to be improved. Click here to take the survey Thank you so much. - Pancreatic Cancer UK
