Soft tissue nodule at the ampulla

I'm petrified... 

I've got to have a endoscopy on Sunday because a ct scan showed dilated ducts and a soft tissue nodule at the ampulla. 

So there clearly going to be looking around the area. 

Im terrified of what I'm actually going to be told. 

What if they can't help me
