Fast track

Hello 

Can anyone explain fast track to me?

My journey started on the 15th of May.. Ultrasound and ct. 

Still got another test to come. 

But not seeing a consultant till July 21st 

So is this fast tracked? 

 

When I read you should see a specialist within 2 weeks
