Hi, has anyone used Protandim supplement and do you think it is effective?

Hi there


I'm afraid that this is not a product that I have come across. I'm certainly not aware of any people that have used it. Having a quick look I can see that it claims to be a product that aims 'to boost cognitive performance and brain health, as well as reduce oxidative stress that contributes to aging'. In terms of any supplements or alternative therapies, I think its worth saying that it's important to exercise caution before buying anything online and making sure that there is evidence to back up its efficacy. There are a wide range of supplements available and mostly we focus on nutritional supplements.


I do hope this is useful in some way.

Thank you very much for explaining. I saw it mentioned on another forum talking about Pancreatic Cancer so thought I would ask.


I didn't realise it was an alternative therapy, I think we will definitely be sticking with science and conventional medicine.
