Dietary advice
My beloved husband suffered obstructive jaundice & resultant kidney failure in June. Tho he is 75, he was in tip top health. He is being considered for surgery, but went down with c.diff, in hospital, now much improved, and has almost no appetite. (No cooked, hot food). How can I build him up to withstand surgery? His legs/feet & right arm are also v. swollen.
