Melinda, thinking about your question, it is probably best if you start a new thread of your own. Whilst I don't know anything about it, there are obviously people out there who do. If you start a new thread, it will be focused just on your queries and you will get an email notification every time someone updates your thread.

If you click on the 'patient experience forum', you will see a tab at the top to create a new thread.
