Swimming after whipples

When can you go swimming after whipples all my dressings have been removed and it is ok to have a bath but unsure about going back to swimming any replies would be appreciated .

If all the wounds are fully healed, which I am thinking they are if you no longer need dressings, then it will be OK to swim from a wound point of view. I cannot think of any reason why it wouldn't be after a whipple's op but am no expert in the area. hth, Sue
