My husband was diagnosed with non operable PC stage 2 in July. He has had 3 rounds of folfirinox . After the 2nd round the dosing was reduced as he was struggling with diarrhoea and lots of pain. He now struggles more with pain after eating and emptying his bowels. The pain is intense but doesn’t last too long. We have upped his creon intake.  He is taking 90mg of MST at night plus paracetamol during the day and oramorph for breakthrough pain and this still doesn’t seem to be helping. Getting any answers from the doctors is frustrating at best.
