Clinical trials for Stage 4

Hi

 

Does anyone have experience with clinical trials for stage 4?

 

My mum had several months of treatment on gemcitabine-abraxane and was swapped to folfox after progression.

She's had 4 treatments of folfox which has unfortunately not worked. Her main tumour is stable but her 2 lung mets and 1 liver met have increased by a few mm's. 

Hoping she may be offered folfiri also.
