Recurrence in lymph nodes

Good afternoon

Has anyone's loved one or yourself been diagnosed with PC recurrence in the lymph nodes? My Dad has had a recurrence in his para-aortic lymphs and it would be great if anyone can shed some light on their own experiences with regards to general health, what to expect and any treatment options...info for this seems non existent.
