Vasil Posted February 5, 2021 Posted February 5, 2021 My father did 12 rounds of Folfirinox and is taking the "chemo break" with re-scans every three months. However i have heard of the so called maintenance therapy when there is no chemo break but they take two of the medicines out of the combo and the patient goes on with the treatment. Does anyone know which of the two options is the better one? We will be contacting another oncologist for a second opinion. Can anyone give an advice?
