Caring for a loved one on chemo when pregnant

Hi all,

Does anyone have an experience of caring for their loved one in early pregnancy?

I am in my first trimester. My mum has pancreatic cancer with liver mets and is about to start on Gem-Abraxane. I am her carer.

Are there any precautions I need to be aware of?
