sheena Posted April 12, 2016 Author Posted April 12, 2016 Well my friends I have been at the hospice since Wednesday and I am still here.Steve doesn't want to pass yet ,Dr has been twice and really don't no why or how he is holding on .I guess he was always stubborn and would like to think he is having a nose around before he decides the best place.
Didge Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 There is no predicting these things. Sending you lots of love xx
Proud Wife Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 I hope you are comfortable at the hospice Sheena? Your Steve is such a strong brave man. And so are you Sheena. Thinking of you both xx
Linda G Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Hi Sheena, my thoughts are with you both at this time. My husband Stewart was in the hospice for the last 3 weeks of his life. He went to sleep with the morphine for 12 days before he let go. We all wondered how or why he was holding on! I came to the conclusion it would be when he was ready and not when I, his family or the doctors said it was ok. I wish you both peace and strength.Linda GXXXXX
