Morning, my mum is suffering with upset stomach every morning and it's really draining her.

Hi Janmac,
You could try camomile tea which will settle an upset stomach, it depends on what you mean by upset. I tried a vegan diet to cope with swinging from diarrhoea, stomach cramps & constipation and this has worked brilliantly for me. Also check out the medication, much of this causes the same problems as they are trying to fix. Finally make sure she is taking enough Creon, this tends to be under prescribed, the lovely nurses on the site can send you a fact sheet.
