Thank you Cathy and Sandra.

He has the camera on Monday. Not looking forward to the results, as I imagine they won't be great news, but if they can do something, then that's what matters.

( hope your husbands scan comes back ok Sandra)

So pleased to see some positive news for your Dad and you at last. Hopefully the tests will now give the Doctor's something to work with.

Take care

Thank you Steve.

Was good to hear it had shrunk. Unfortunately, I wasn't there when he got them ( as they said they wouldn't be ready). If I was I would have asked by how much etc. But, I will next time. It was just so good to hear something positive, it is has boosted his confidence to fight.

Wonderful news Leila!

Well done! And such a bonus for your dad after what he has been through.

That has taken a while Leila, but good news that he got the all clear.

Its certainly proving difficult to get to the root of this problem.

Lets hope Friday comes up with something.

It sure did. He's getting very anxious with it now. He wants them to find something so they can treat it.

Apparently there was nothing visible on the screen on Monday, but he has taken a few biopsies, so I hope they find something. I am going to ask for a lactulose breath test, as a colonoscopy doesn't always pick up small intestine bacterial overgrowth?

My dad has called me today to say his stomach is very red and he is itching everywhere.

He has never had this before. Is this a symptom of his cancer or his chemo please?

Any advice would be great please.

Depends on what treatment he is having Leila.

It could be treatment related - best thing is to get onto trials nurse and ask him. He will be familiar with all the side effects of the study medication.
