Dear Sarah
Hello - I'm so sorry to read about your Dad.

As already said, yellowing of the eyes may indicate Jaundice.... Please phone and talk to the nurses on here as they will be able to help you and give invaluable support and advice.
Take care Xxx

Re: Wish someone would help him

Hi Leila So sorry to read your Dad is having this pain. If your Dad won't tell his District Nurse, are you able to speak to him/her just to let them know so they're aware of the situation? Maybe your Dad will contact someone when he feels the time is right for him to do so? Youre doing an amazing jo...

Hi Leila... I'm sure it helps your Dad to speak to you and 'get the words out'. (It must be so hard to hear though). Sending you a hug xxx

Re: Our story

Hello Pam
Welcome to the forum... Sorry to hear of S's diagnosis and that you are both going through this. As others have said, try and take one day at a time. I hope S starts to feel better soon and that the antibiotics help.
With love x

Re: For new members.

So true ...

It took me months to post but I'm glad I did. I passed on information to my dad too so although (as far as I know) he didn't visit the forum himself, it may have helped him to feel less 'alone' too?

If anyone is thinking of posting on here then please do x

Hi Leilla

Really pleased to read that you and your Dad had a lovely Christmas.

Sorry to hear your Dad has pain though - Hopefully restarting the chemo will help with this? Good luck with the hospital appointment.

Re: My lovely Dad

Hi - hope your Dad feels better having had the stent fitted and that the antibiotic has cleared the infection?
It sounds as though you are doing an amazing job taking care of him. Thinking of you and hoping things improve and your Dad can be transferred to his local hospital. Much love x
