Re: Devastated

Hi Cheryl,
So very sorry to hear of another brave man lost and another family turned upside down and devastated. I too am walking your path and it is really hard but as Carole says one day we hope to get through this and for the pain to become bearable.

Take care and keep, using the forum.

Re: Folfirinox- seems to be working!

Dear Mike, Can only echo what the others have said, keep fighting it is such a sneaky disease. I can't offer much about the new chemo regime you are starting as our experience was very brief. What I do know was that the cold sensitivity in Chris's fingers was immediate, so have your gloves to hand! ...

Hi Chris,

So sorry you are in this position. None of us can change it for you but you are not alone and you will find the strength to get through. All I can offer is to make the most of every day and take each day as it comes.

Take care of yourself too along the way.

Hi Nikki,

Like Cathy, I too think of you a lot aswell, so it's good to have an update.
Glad the scan results are so positive but not so good about the neuropathy, must be horrid for everyone. Good luck with the next treatment, keep plodding on.

Take care, all of you

Re: How are all your Ladies coping ?

Hi, Sorry to hear about your dad, sounds like you did him proud at the funeral. Lovely to hear of your pregnancy and as you say a positive focus. In answer to your question about dreams, I don't yet dream about chris , I dream about the situation and the fact he isn't here, but I would like to dream...

Re: Help.

Hi, I can't answer your question I am afraid but it sounds like you need some more support. Perhaps the nurses on the forum here if you give them a call. Or do you have an oncology contact or specialist nurse you could contact. You must be so worried, hope you get some sleep tonight and hopefully ge...

Re: Waiting nervously for delayed CRT

Hi Sarah, Just wanted to echo what the others have said, you are doing a fab job, I know it is so frustrating and you feel so helpless. But you are doing everything you can and sometimes just being there is enough. Fingers crossed you get Macmillan support, or support for your local hospice, who are...

Re: How are all your Ladies coping ?

Hi, if it helps then say it!! Age doesn't matter in this, nothing makes it ok and nothing prepares you for it. There is no justification and no logic to it. But you are not alone, we are all walking your path.

Hugs

Re: Creon and inoperable PC

Further done the road he increased it and it helped with some discomfort. He took it with everything for the duration. And as far as I know it can...
