Hi Juliana, Enjoy your little ones birthday. My nephew was 5 on Sunday and i spent some time with him.They are lovely to watch as their eyes light up when they open all the presents.I am lucky this year as i am spending xmas day with the little lads,james is 8.I just wish dad could have been with us...

Ruby my thoughts and prayers go out to you and yours.I am glad you were able to spend precious moments with your mum.I was with my dad the last few weeks of his life and was so glad of that.He went to spirit in May and i'm still coming to terms with my loss.

ruby, follow your heart,but if it was me I would go sooner rather than later to your mum.Is there no-one can help with your commitments at home under the circumstances? I don't really want to say too much but my dad stopped eating and drinking towards the time and it really wasn't too long afterward...
