Re: Trevor's Story
Sorry Sandra, I don't get on the site as much now. I was sorry to read the very sad news about Trevor. I am glad his funeral went well. You were all very brave being able to read at his funeral. I was in bits at my dad's funeral though my teenage daughter read a poem. We had a celebrant for my dad's...

Re: Wish someone would help him
Dear Leila,
I rarely come onto the site now so I have just read your sad news. I was so sorry to hear about your Dad.
It does get easier Leila, though I still miss my dad loads.
You are in my thoughts

Hi everyone, With great sadness I have to tell you that my lovely dad died last Tuesday after a bravely fought battle. Luckily he was peaceful and he did not appear to suffer any pain. Fortunately I have been able to take long term sick leave so I was able to support my parents during this difficult...

Re: My lovely Dad
Although the operation to fit the stent in his stomach was successful and Dad is no longer vomiting when he eats. My dad is struggling to eat as he has no appetite and not drinking. My brother who saw him today said Dad seems really down, he wonders if he has given up. Our Dad is fiercely independen...
