Dear S Maybe keep a dairy of the amount of sleep & tiredness? I did with my husband, and they tweaked his medication a little, they lowered gabapentin and upped his oramorph? Like the others say - everyone is different, sometimes my Andy would have a really good active day, followed by total wipeout...

My husband had helio bactor pylori in about 2005, he was treated with a week of steroids.
When he become ill early 2010 they re tested him but it was negative, the pain continued and 3 A&E visits and numerous doctors appointments they finally diagnosed pancreatic cancer.
