Definitely get a CT scan if you have the chance. I had to "fight" 4 months to convince my GP to give me an appointment for a scan. It finally confirmed that I had a tumour. I had the same issues, the GP told me I have heartburn and am just anxious. You need a proper CT scan, with contrast. Only there they can see the tumour, if there is one. It took me about 4 months to convince them to do the scan. When they finally saw it, everything went very quickly, almost immedia...
