Pancreatic upper pelvic pain

What is the best treatment for moderate pelvic pain with stage 4 cancer with mets to the liver. I’ve ftried ibguard, simethicone, dicyclomine and antiinflammatory drugs like naproven and omeprazole, they help some but it never goes away. i will be having yttrium radioembolization to the liver mets next week.
