Updated information on pain and pancreatic cancer

Postby Support Team » Thu Mar 21, 2019 10:11 am

We have recently updated our booklet, Pain and pancreatic cancer. Different people have different levels of pain. If you do have pain it is important that you ask for help early on to help you deal with it. This booklet can help with this, and includes information on who can help you to manage your pain, and how it is managed with painkillers. It also explains other things that can help, including other drugs and complementary therapies. There is also information on coping with pancreatic cancer pain.

You can download and order our booklet, Pain and pancreatic cancer, and the rest of our information for free on our website, at: www.pancreaticcancer.org.uk/publications

If you have any questions or you are worried about pain, speak to your doctor or nurse who is treating your cancer and pain. You can also speak to our specialist nurses on our Support Line.
