Share your cancer experience with The Christie, Manchester as part of their 100 Voices project

Postby Support Team » Mon Jan 22, 2018 3:27 pm

In 2018, The Christie is launching a new project about reflecting on and sharing experiences of cancer. They are asking patients and carers to become one of their '100 voices'. Each 'Voice' will be asked to describe their experience of cancer using only one word.

So if you are a Christie patient, or caring for a Christie patient, at least 12 months from diagnosis, and perhaps looking for an opportunity to meet like-minded folk, reflect on your experience, and help others while promoting your recovery, The Christie would love to hear from you.

Sessions will begin in January 2018 and run throughout the Spring.

Your clinical team can refer you to The Christie directly, or you can contact Ben Heyworth at 100voices@christie.nhs.uk or call 07917 628 672 for further information.

They would like to hear from any patient or carer of any age. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to participate in this project, and all participants have the option to remain anonymous throughout.
