Hi MSH posted a similar story about Bitter Melon Juice last year, there's some info here http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20 ... 134920.htm

Mark was definitely taking the capsules but I don't know whether he still is. I bought some juice for Ray but he wouldn't touch it!

Why not give it a go? My philosophy is, as long as it doesn't do you any harm, its fine and if it does you good all the better!

Still taking bitter melon capsules, for over a year now, in fact they're now the only things I take regularly after being able to stop Creon. I'm back on pain-killers for the time being, but hopefully I'll be able to stop these after further treatment.

The nigella sativa seed oil looks interesting.
